Went in for my meds and Dr. Bullmer or whatever his name said he sent them electronically to my pharmacy and when I went to pick them up they hadn't gotten the prescriptions so long story short I made 2 phone calls to the doctors office that day and nothing happened, called the pharmacy the next morning and still nothing, then I got a call back and the receptionist claimed I used profanity (which I didn't) so needless to say I'll be finding a new doctor
This is the worst medical center in all of michigan! I would not recommend this institute for my dog let alone my child or family! They are rude and not very educated! They just want to you're bill as high as possible and they dont care about your well being.
They wrongfully diagnosed my girlfriend with herpes, and wrongfully diagnosed her aunt with hepatitis. They prescribed a bunch of different extremely expensive medications for these diseases they did not have. Several clean tests from many different doctors offices later, the lawsuit is pending.
This has got to be one of the worst places I've ever dealt with. The physicians are pretty good but the receptionists and the office manager are horrible. The front desk girls always seem annoyed when you ask questions and are seldom helpful or prompt. The office manager is downright rude, judgmental and treats her employees like children. I was on the phone one time and I could literally hear this woman yelling at one of the receptionists. It was highly unprofessional and instantly turned me off. Perhaps the front desk girls are rude and annoyed because they are constantly being berated by their manager. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would however highly recommend Dr. Greenspan who is the owner of the clinic (the office Mgr is his wife which makes no sense because he is so kind). He is amazing!! I would find him at a different one of his offices however!
Very rude receptionists, they act like your bothering them when you call. I made an appointment with one of them and then was called n told by another receptionist that I didn't have an appointment at all! They need to coordinate better n hire receptionists that actually care about patients. They aren't helping me with my health problem, it seems like they just want money from my insurance with all these appointments and no tests done yet! Im looking for a new healthcare provider before it gets worse! The Wixom Health Clinic is not professional at all!
