JK went above and beyond by coming back to the house 10 minutes after they left to answer a concern/question I had regarding my deadbolt installation.
It took 40 mins to figure out if old lock had a problem or not and finally installed a simple door lock. Paid $90 some dollars for it. Inefficient and expensive.
