When you have a hankering for Taco Bell, I would advise visiting this one.
This is usually my go to place for a quick bite while at work. The staff here is amazing (at least in the drive thru, I don't believe I have ever been inside but I am sure they rotate, so yeah).
It's a taco bell. Service was actually good. Would rate higher had the obnoxious late teen, early 20's, never ordered anything, sitting across the dining room, just hanging out, been asked to leave. (friend of an employee) swearing and acting obnoxious.
Excellent service. The food was correct great. This is the best Taco bell I've ever eaten/ ordered food from.
Workers sounded stoned while taking our order and had to constantly correct our order if they double tapped something on the register. We had to correct them when they did that. They also did not give 2 soft tacos we ordered but one hard taco. Since it was night, they said they couldn't do walk up and said we had to wait in line again. There were 5 cars in line at the time. Really "winners" you got there.
Customers should be aware that when you walk into the lobby before the lobby closes, and order your food, and they ask you is this for here or to go, and you say for here, they pack up your order give it to you and then kick you out of their Lobby even though you were in the building before their posted time. This procedure includes someone screaming from the kitchen make sure those people know they can't eat here. If we were not allowed to eat in the lobby because we entered the lobby close to the posted closing time, why were we asked if we wanted it for here or to go? Had they informed us that guests were not allowed to eat in the lobby after 10 regardless of what time they entered the building and ordered their food, I would have ordered differently because crunchy food makes a mess in the car. The ridiculous fact that they spoke audibly about us being there, and whoever was in charge in the back room screaming to an underling that they must have us leave instead of a manager handling it has insurance that I will never stop at this location again. My job also includes customer service and I am horrified at the way we were treated. Must be nice at your business is doing so well you can afford to alienate people.
There usually isn't much of a wait (in the drive thru) even when they are busy during the usual lunch rush. The food is always fresh, and I don't think my order has ever been messed up at all at this location.
