You will want to put your house number on your garbage bins. Other people will steal them if you don't. Also, don't leave anything outside unlocked. It WILL get stolen! Like even the caps over the tires of our cars, where you put air in, has gotten stolen. The office themselves are nice, but maintenance can be rude. For the first week of move in they're solid. After that? Instead of offering their best, they'll say anything broken in your house is your problem. Very unprofessional. The trailer park also recently got bought out. Ever since, rent has gone up and up almost every year. Maybe the higher prices will weed out the thieves, I don't know, but the trailer park is well maintained otherwise... So the place does LOOK very nice...
What an absolute joke. Both J- the office lady and K- the office manager don't start work until 10:30am ..and the office is locked at 4:55pm. They promised my almost 70 year old grandmother's mobile home would be "completely renovated" and "taken care of". Within 3 days of moving in there was a kitchen flood, RUSTY NAILS AND GLASS left all over her lot, a GAS LEAK. Office staff has no idea how their own mail boxes work, won't tell residents how to access the pool or work out room and are INCREDIBLY FORWARD AND RUDE!!! Now my disabled grandma has to hire people to do the work that was promised. Do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS PLACE like the plague.
I would absolutely recommend this community. My only complaint is that there is limited parking.
My parents have lived in this community since 2013. It was great then an great now. It's a good area, they always have maintenance driving around doing things. In the summer they have fun things for the kids. They also just put a new fitness center in the club house. I'm looking to move in here as well. I definitely recommend this community. My husband and myself have drove around to a few other ones within the school district an this one is by far the best.
So far so good. I’ve been here for a few months now and it’s pretty peaceful around here. You hear the neighbors doing yard work, kids playing around the way and mostly every keeps to themselves(which I prefer). They also run great promotions when you purchase a new home!
I moved into this community in June of 2016 and this is a great community; it is most definitely one of the nicest mobile home communities in the Lakes area. I always see staff doing improvements in the community, they added a new fitness center, they are always maintaining the grounds.
The posts that this is a bit run down or there are people selling drugs everywhere is complete nonsense.
